Section 12(1)(l) in Jammu and Kashmir Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2015

(l)that the licence holder has done any act which poses a threat to national security or the security of the State, or did not provide assistance to the police or other authority in the discharge of its duties or acted in a manner prejudicial to security of the State or public order or law and order.
