Section 25A(4) in The Rajasthan Subordinate Co-Operative Service (Class I) Rules, 1955
(4)The Committee shall prepare a list of the candidates equal to twice the number of posts advertised, whom it considers suitable for appointment and arrange them in order of merit:Provided that the Committee may, to the extent of 50% of the advertised vacancies, keep names of suitable candidates on the reserve list and may on requisition, recommend the names of such candidates in the order of merit to the Registrar within six months from the date on which the original list is forwarded by the Committee to the Registrar.
