Section 26(1) in The Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Rules, 1958

(1)The Assistant Director of Consolidation may withdraw any case from the file of any Consolidation Officer/Assistant Consolidation Officer subordinate to him and may refer the same for disposal to any other Consolidation Officer/Assistant Consolidation Officer competent to deal with it.
