Section 18(2) in The Haryana State Legal Service Authority Rules, 1995
(2)The following shall be ex officio members of the Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee :-(i)Senior most Sub-Judge of the Sub-Division as Chairman;(ii)Sub-Divisional Officer;(iii)Sub-Divisional Police Officer;(iv)Sub-Judge 1st Class of the Sub-Division as Member-Secretary.
