114. Posting of certain regulations, etc.
- The text of the regulations made under [clauses (j) to (s)] [Substituted by the Tamil Nadu Maritime Board (Amendment) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 15 of 1997).] of section 110 and the scale of rates together with a statement of conditions framed by the Board under Chapter VI shall be prominently posted by the Board in English and Tamil on special boards to be maintained for the purpose at the wharves, docks, piers and other convenient places on the premises of the Board.
