Section 6(4) in The Gujarat Agricultural Lands Ceiling Act, 1960
(4)[Land in this State] [These words were substituted for the word 'Land' by Gujarat 2 of 1974, Section 7 (4).] which under the foregoing provisions of this section a person is not entitled to hold shall be deemed to be surplus land held by such person.
