Section 19(3) in The Minimum Wages (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1958
(3)A summons under this rule may be served-(i)in the case of an individual, by being delivered or sent to him by registered post or by personal delivery;(ii)in the case of an employer's organisation or a registered trade union of workers, by being delivered or sent by registered post to the Secretary or other principal officer of the organisation or union, as the case may be.
