Section 8(1) in Gujarat Organic Agricultural University Act, 2017
(1)No person shall be excluded from any office of the University or from membership of any of its authorities or from admission to any degree, diploma or other academic distinction or course of study on the grounds only of religion, race, creed, caste, language, sex, place of birth, class or profession of political or other opinion or any of them.
