ORAL ORDER
12 12-07-2016On perusal of the report submitted by the Commission it appears that the expert has given his own finding with regard to correct answer, has not dealt with anywhere the objection received by the Commission, raised by the candidates, who appeared in the examination.
The aforesaid report is being returned to the counsel for the Commission and whenever there is necessity, the counsel for the Commission will produce the same.
The counsel for the Commission submits that he will Patna High Court CWJC No.5442 of 2013 (12) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 take instruction in the present matter, making prayer for listing these cases on 15th July 2016.
Let these cases be listed on 15th July 2016 at the top of list.
