Section 6(20) in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
(20)to accept, hold and manage any endowments, donations or funds which vest in it for the purposes of the University by Grant, testamentary disposition or otherwise, and to invest such endowments, donations or funds in accordance with the provisions of this Act:Provided that no donation from a foreign country, foreign foundation or any person from such country, foundation shall be accepted by the University save with the approval of the Central Government or the State Government, as the case may be;
