Section 16(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2002
(1)Every petition filed shall be verified by an affidavit and every such affidavit shall be in the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission Form-2 (Annexed to Regulations) or as otherwise prescribed by the Commission from time to time.
