Section 16 in Tamil Nadu National Law School Act, 2012
16. Controller of Examinations.
(1)The holder of the post of Controller of Examinations shall be an academician in the field of law not lower in rank than that of a Professor.(2)The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole-time officer of the School appointed by the Executive Council for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.(3)The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
