6. Custody of primary standards.
- The primary standards shall be kept in the custody of such officer in the City of Bombay as Government may direct. They shall, once at least in every period of five years, be verified, and if necessary, adjusted or renewed, at the Mint in such manner and by such officer as Government may direct.
