Section 4(7) in Andhra Pradesh Common Entrance Test for entry into Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Medical and Dental Courses Rules, 2003

(7)The qualifying marks for ranking in the EAMCET shall be 30% of the total marks Provided that there shall be no minimum qualifying marks for the candidates belonging to the category of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes for ranking.[Provided that in the special circumstances as one time measure for the academic year 2003-2004, the qualifying marks for ranking in the EAMCET in respect of Engineering, Pharmacy and Architecture shall be 25% of the total marks for the candidates other than the candidates belonging to the categories of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes for ranking.] [Added by Notification No. G.O.Ms. No. 70, dated 8.9.2003 (w.e.f. 7.2.2003).]
