Section 12 in Bihar State Higher Education Council Act, 2018
12. Meeting of Council.
- The Council shall meet, as often as may be necessary, at such time and place and observe such rules of procedure as may be provided in the regulations.provided that the council shall meet at least once in three months. The quorum for the meeting of council shall be minimum one third members of the total members of the council.
