Section 17(1) in THE UTTAR PRADESH EXCISE TECHNICAL SERVICE RULES, 2021

(1)A person on substantive appointment to a post in the service shall be placed on probation in accordance with the Uttar Pradesh Government ServantsProbation Rules, 2013, as amended from time to time.
