The Transfer Applicant sought for transferring of Execution Application 3212021 from District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Mysuru to District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Mandya and has addressed a general letter seeking transfer of all their cases from the said District Commission to District Commission, Mandya on the ground that one Mr. Dinesh Solanki, Advocate i is a colleague of Mr Devakumar M.C the Member of DCDRC, Mysuru. It is to be noted herein that Mr. Devakumar M C is no more a Member of District Commission, Mysuru since he died due to heart attack. It is therefore, the Transfer Application is hereby dismissed.
