:ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 produced the copy of the Letter issued by the In-charge Deputy Director (Administration), dated 16.01.2012 and the same states that before receipt of the interim order granted by this Court by the counsel itself, on 09.08.2010, cancelled the order of transfer issued against the writ petitioner. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
