Section 2(o) in The Jammu and Kashmir, Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1978
(o)'tourist' means a person or group of persons [visiting the State for pleasure, adventure, sports or pilgrimage] [Substituted by Act No. V of 2011, dated 13th April, 2011.] visiting the State from any part of India or outside India;
