36F. Control over members of the Service of District Engineers.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder, a member, or person deemed to be appointed as a member of the Service constituted under Section 36-A, shall be under the control of the District Board under which he is serving.Chapter-II Union Committees
