Section 25(i) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(i)to delegate such of its powers to any officer or authority of the Cluster University, as it may deem fit; provided that such delegation is made by a majority of not less than two third of the members of the Board of Management; and
