                             ORDER

This stay application has been filed by the assessee for A.Y. 2013-2014. According to the Learned Counsel for the Assessee original demand was of Rs.4,28,00,000/- which is 2 SA.No.634/Del./2018 in ITA.No.7749/Del./2018 M/s. Motorola Solutions Inc., Gurgaon. now reduced to Rs.46,76,762/-. Learned Counsel for the Assessee submitted that in case early hearing of the appeal is granted, he would not be pressing the stay application at this stage. He has also submitted that the appeal of the assessee on the similar issues is fixed on 17.10.2018.

2. Considering the above and the fact that Ld. D.R. has no objection for early hearing of the matter, we grant early hearing of the appeal to the assessee. Office is directed to fix the appeal of assessee on 17.10.2018 for which date no separate notice will be issued. In view of the above, stay application of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. In the result, stay application of the assessee is dismissed.
