		Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of  certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the proceedings in letter No.CF/173517H/CCK/285/E1, dated 19.8.2004, on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to grant study leave to the petitioner to complete M.Tech programme conducted by the 5th respondent and allow this writ petition with cost.

 ORDER    

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition, challenging the order of the third respondent dated 19.8.2004 and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to grant study leave to him to complete M.Tech programme conducted by the 5th respondent and allow this writ petition with cost.

2. The present writ petition has been filed in the year 2004 seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to grant study leave to the petitioner to complete M.Tech programme conducted by the 5th respondent. Now, 12 years have lapsed from the date of filing of the writ petition. Hence, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
