10. List of consumers .-An Inspector [or any officer appointed to assist the Inspector] and [authorised under sub-rule (2) of rule 4-A] [ Substituted by G.S.R. 1723, dated 21.11.1977 (w.e.f. 31.12.1977).] may require a supplier to submit to him a list of all persons supplied with energy by him, the addresses at which such energy is supplied, the month of connecting services, the voltage of supply, the connected load, the purpose of supply and the name of contractor carrying out the installation work and the supplier shall comply with such requisition.
