                          ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner was with regard to denial of permission to write the examination of Engineering Mathematics - IV of the Fourth Semester of Bachelor of -3- Engineering Course. This Court, vide interim order dated 06.08.2018, had permitted to petitioner to write the examination and accordingly, the petitioner having written the same, has been declared to have passed and further a provisional Degree certificate is also stated to have been issued.

2. Learned Panel counsel for respondent No.2- University fairly submits that the petitioner's case will be considered for issuance of the Convocational certificate in the ensuing Convocational Ceremony and accordingly writ petition be disposed of.

In the above circumstance, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the undertaking given by the respondent No.2-University.
