Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent no.1 within two weeks time. Notice thereafter be issued.

Respondent nos. 2, 3(i), 4,5 and 6(i) have failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted, however, if filed during the course of the day may be taken on record, else further opportunity to file counter affidavit stands declined.
