Section 33(4) in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965
(4)On receipt of the representation or on the expiry of the period referred to in subsection (3) the Syndicate, after considering the notice of motion, statement and representation and after such inspection by any competent person or persons authorised by the Syndicate in this behalf, and after such further inquiry as may appear to it to be necessary, shall make a report to the Senate if the Syndicate decides that the recognition should be withdrawn or suspended. No such report for withdrawal or suspension shall be made unless a resolution to that effect is supported by at least two thirds of the members present at the meeting of the Syndicate.
