Section 1 in The First Statutes of the National Institutes of Technology
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement.
(1)These Statutes may be called the First Statutes of the National Institutes of Technology.(2)They shall apply to all National Institutes of Technology.(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
