Section 6(1) in Jharkhand Advocates Clerks Welfare Fund Act, 2018
(1)Any member nominated under clause (f) of sub-section (3) of section 4 may resign his office by giving three months notice in writing to the Chairperson of the Committee and no such resignation being accepted by the said Chairperson he shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
