Section 382(2) in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959
(2)Any person aggrieved by an order of the Municipal Commissioner under sub-section (1) may appeal to the State Government within 30 days from the service of the order upon him and the State Government may confirm any such order without modification or subject to such modification as it considers fit or revoke the order.
