State of Punjab - Subsection

Section 44(2)(i) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005

(i)not directly or indirectly undertake trading in electricity or distribution or supply of electricity outside its area of operation and distribution or supply of electricity shall be strictly restricted to the relevant purpose mentioned in clause (1) above.
