Section 326(5) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
(5)No person shall, in any area specified in any declaration published under sub-section (3) use any premises for any of the purpose referred to in section 324 specified in the declaration and the Commissioner shall have the power to stop the use of any premises by such means as he considers necessary.
