Section 12(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Marine Fishing Regulation Act, 1980
(1)The owner of every vessel used or intended to be used for the purposes of fishing and kept on the Union territory shall register such vessel under this Act irrespective of whether or not it is registered under section 11 of the Marine Products Export Development Authority Central Act, 1972.
