Section 18(1) in The Tinsukia and Dibrugarh Electric Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1973
(1)No provision of the Electricity Act, the Electricity Supply Act, or any other Act for the time being in force and of any rule made under any of those Acts or of any instrument including licence having effect by virtue of any of those Acts or any rule made thereunder, shall in so far as it is inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act, have any effect.
