(3)If the Committee fails to make a unanimous recommendation or submit a panel of names as aforesaid, another Search Committee shall be appointed by the Chancellor in the same manner as provided in subsection (1) to make unanimous recommendation or submit a panel of three names to the Chancellor, who shall appoint a Vice-Chancellor accordingly.
