Signature Not Verified Our attention is drawn to paragraph 37 of the order passed by Digitally signed by babita pandey Date: 2024.03.06 18:16:08 IST Reason: the adjudicating authority which enlists to the amount deposited from client(s) account to the pool accounts, and the delay in the 2 payment.
It is submitted that this aspect has been overlooked by the appellate authority.
Issue notice, returnable in the week commencing 05.08.2024. Ms. Pratiksha Sharma, learned counsel, who is present in Court on advance, waives service and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent – Iifl Securities Ltd.
Counter affidavit, on all aspects and grounds, will be filed within a period of six weeks from today.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a period of six weeks after service of the counter affidavit/reply.
