(3)[ It shall be in force in the Mahakoshal region and shall [come into force] [Substituted by MP Extension of Laws Act 23 of 1958.] in any other regions of the State on such date as the [State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint] [The State Government has appointed the 1st March, 1959 as the date on which the Act shall come into force in all the regions of the State other than the Mahakoshal region vide MP Rajpatra, dated 27-2-59.].]
