(b)an yearly report in [Form B] [ Substituted by G.S.R. 580(E), dated 4.8.1995.] so as to reach them within thirty days after the expiry of [twelve months] [ Substituted by G.S.R. 22(E), dated 11.1.2002 (w.e.f. 11.1.2002).] from the date of execution of the prospecting license or the expiry of the prospecting license whichever is earlier:
