Section 34 in The Tea Companies (Acquisition And Transfer Of Sick Tea Units) Act, 1985
34. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Tea Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Sick Tea Units) Ordinance, 1985 (3 of 1985), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
