Section 2(2) in Tamil Nadu Cotton Control Rules, 1954
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, any order made, notification issued, right accrued, penalty incurred or anything done or deemed to have been done under the said rules shall, so far as may be deemed to have been made, issued, accrued, incurred or does under the corresponding provisions of these rules.
