Section 82(3) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
(3)The listed entity shall submit such statements, reports or information including financial information pertaining to Schemes to stock exchange with in seven days from the end of the month/ actual payment date, either by itself or through the servicer, on a monthly basis in the format as specified by the Board from time to time:Provided that where periodicity of the receivables is not monthly, reporting shall be made for the relevant periods.
