Section 34 in The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001
34. [Council] [Word substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] to furnish information.
- The [Council] [Word substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] shall furnish to the State Government such reports, returns, and statements as may be prescribed by rules and such further information or any matter relating to the [Council] [Word substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.], as the State Government may require.
