Section 3(h) in Tamil Nadu Establishment of Private Law Colleges (Regulation) Rules, 2018
(h)The Library shall have adequate space for keeping books, periodicals and journals. The Library shall also have adequate reading space for atleast 20 percent of the students to be admitted and adequate space for computer facility.
