8. Disposal of Applications.
- 8.1 The Commission will process the Distribution Licensee's filings in accordance with this Regulation and its Conduct of business Regulations.8.2Based on the Distribution Licensees' filings, objections/suggestions from public and other stakeholders, the Commission may accept an application with such modifications and/or such conditions as may be deemed just and appropriate and issue, within 120 days of the receipt of the application (within 90 days in case of an application filed for the first Control Period in accordance with the provisions of clause 6.1), an Order containing inter alia targets for controllable items and the approved Aggregate Revenue Requirement for the Distribution Business and the ARR for the Retail Supply Business.
