Section 114(10)(a) in The Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001

(a)The President of the Goa, Daman and Diu Co-operative Tribunal functioning immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to be the President of the Goa Co-operative Tribunal constituted for the purpose of this Act; and all appeals and other proceedings pending before the said Goa, Daman and Diu Co-operative Tribunal shall be heard and disposed of by the Co-operative Tribunal constituted under this Act from the stage they reached before such commencement.
