Section 13(6) in The Assam Secondary Education (Provincialised) Service Rules, 1982
(6)Members of the service who have not been confirmed prior to the appointed day shall be confirmed like the members who have entered into the service after the appointed date subject to rendering of service to the entire satisfaction of the appointing authority.
