Section 16(2)(b) in Tripura Municipal Act, 1994

(b)Such number of persons, not more than four, being officers of the State Government, having requisite expertise for development of Municipality services and their maintenainance as may be nominated by the State Government : Provided that the persons nominated by the State Government shall not have the right to vote at a meeting of the Standing Committee.
