(1)The Chancellor and the Vice-Chancellor of the University and the members of the Court and the Executive Council, for the time being, shall constitute a body corporate by the name of the Rabindra Bharati.(2)The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the name of Rabindra Bharati.
