1. On the oral prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, National Medical Commission is impleaded as Respondent No. 4. Let an amended memo of parties be filed within one week.

4. Dr. Sunil Kumar, ENT, who is personally present in Court, is directed to join the proceedings virtually on the next date of hearing.
