(2)When an order has been made under sub-rule (1) the Presiding Officer of the highest court shall keep and render the accounts of all the courts to which order refers:Provided that (subject to any instruction of the District Judge) the Presiding Officer of the highest court may place the Presiding Officer of any other court-in-charge of accounts without relieving himself of the responsibilities for the due accounting of all receipts and payments.
